Performance Marketing Manager

Mainfactor is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our talented team at our fast-growing, venture-backed, experienced e-commerce company. In this role, you will support our e-commerce team in managing our paid media and other performance marketing channels.


You will be responsible for planning and executing paid media/digital advertising spending across social media, Google paid search, Google shopping, display, video, and other digital platforms across multiple direct to consumer businesses and products. You will report directly to our President and be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our spend.
We are looking for someone who thrives in the dynamic environment of early-stage growth, and is a creative and collaborative problem solver.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and execute paid media/digital advertising spending across social media, google paid search, google shopping, display, video, and other digital platforms across multiple direct to consumer businesses and products
  • Detail oriented planning documentation
  • Tracking KPIs on an ongoing basis
  • Ongoing optimization for advertising targeting, keywords, and bidding
  • Reporting
  • Key point of contact for clients, and internal team members
  • Coordinate and collaborate with team members and clients to improve upon and increase the efficiency of campaigns
  • Coordinate with and guide creative resources for ad creative following analysis and applicable A/B testing
  • Source and integrate new technologies to improve upon company’s toolset for delivering, tracking, and optimizing campaigns
  • Interact with clients as needed to review and plan campaigns
  • Communicate plans and performance to stakeholders across the company
  • Building key relationships with vendors and ad platforms
  • Billing management

Requirements

*3-7 years experience managing paid/performance media/ digital advertising for e-commerce businesses

*Active knowledge of, and recent hands-on experience with, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping, YouTube ads, twitter, re-targeting/ re-marketing, display, and other digital ad platforms.  Experience with TikTok, Snap a plus.

*Active knowledge of the latest in ad tracking rules, guidelines, and technologies. 

*Experience with tracking ads to sales, and ROAS metrics

*Quantitative proficiency  

*Attention to detail

*Entrepreneurial mind-set, self-starter, does not need to be micromanaged

*Great communicator and writer

*Organizational skills, ability to multitask

*Able to manage short timelines with high impact

*Photoshop, graphic design skills a plus
