New Years Day is an American rock band from Anaheim, California, formed in 2005. Fronted by vocalist Ash Costello, the group blends alternative metal, gothic rock, and pop punk. They gained prominence with albums like Malevolence (2015) and Unbreakable (2019), and released their fifth studio album, Half Black Heart, in March 2024.
