Flat Black is a hard rock band formed by guitarist Jason Hook, formerly of Five Finger Death Punch. The band features vocalist Wes Horton, bassist Nick Diltz, and drummer Rob Pierce. Their debut album, Dark Side of the Brain, released in July 2024 via Fearless Records, showcases a blend of heavy riffs and melodic hooks, including the track “Nothing to Some” featuring Corey Taylor.
