Merchandise & Fulfillment Assistant

Full Time

Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri

Location: East Falls, Philadelphia- Warehouse location

Parking is available on site at no-charge.

Driver’s License is required

Mainfactor is seeking a Merchandise & Fulfillment Associate to join our talented team at our fast-growing, venture-backed, e-commerce company. In this role, you will have opportunities to assist our executives with working on warehousing, fulfillment,  e-commerce, merchandising, and supporting client’s needs..

We are seeking someone who thrives in the dynamic environment of early-stage growth, and is ready to learn how to combine exceptional strategic thinking, superior communication, project management and quantitative skills.

Who You Are:

  • Someone who is passionate about merchandising in the music and entertainment industry
  • You have strong planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to do manual labor, including picking and packing merchandise shipments and receiving freight shipments
  • You are an excellent writer
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are a strong collaborator
  • You have an outstanding attention to detail and are comfortable adjusting your approach to work within a project timeline, if necessary
  • You take responsibility for the quality of work that you deliver
  • You are genuinely passionate about people and their professional and personal development

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Picking and packing e-commerce orders
  • Receiving freight and inbound shipments
  • Moving and organizing inventory and product
  • Quality assurance of product
  • Coordinating with Mainfactor executives and managers
  • Coordinating with Customer Service Department
  • Coordination with Production vendors
  • Inventory management 
  • Inventory tracking
  • Use of shipping software such as Shipstation and ShipHero
  • Use of e-commerce software as needed such as Shopify
  • Coordinating with Clients
  • Tracking information and applicable billing, expenses
  • Coordinating with carriers including USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex
  • May include some driving to pick up and drop off
  • Organizing shelving and units
